Mini Elephant's Toothpaste Chemistry Kit
Perform the popular "elephant toothpaste" chemical reaction with full strength (35%) hydrogen peroxide! You will need to provide a glass container (beaker, flask, graduated cylinder, or other similar vessel) of a volume between 100-125 mL (3-5 fl. oz.) to perform the reaction. Enough chemical is included for one demonstration.
Contains 35% hydrogen peroxide. You must wear gloves when handling concentrated hydrogen peroxide. It causes skin bleaching and burns. Reaction generates significant amount of heat and steam. Not intended for USE by persons under the age of 16.
Includes instructions, 25 ml 35% hydrogen peroxide, 10 ml potassium iodide solution, and 5 ml dye-free detergent. Food coloring is optional to obtain colored foam.
